Corporate Genius

(Luciano with the late Pope John Paul II. Photo from jci)

If there is one person I know who definitely deserves to be in this space, that would be Victor Jose “Chichos”Luciano, the president and CEO of the Clark International Airport (CIAC). Luciano is the best man to stir the firm developing the Diosdado International Airport (DMIA). Unlike his predecessors, he has the utmost intellect, capability and experience to handle aviation affairs.

His past work at the Asiana Airlines, the second flag carrier of South Korea, gave him the corporate savvy in the aviation industry. Under his stewardship, CIAC gained numerous entitlements to fly in various countries now including Qatar, United Arab Emirates, China and more. There are also active international flights in DMIA today reaching 52 flights a week. Thanks to Luciano’s amazing team at CIAC. In a few months, the new terminal at DMIA will be constructed. More passengers are seen to choose Clark as their travel portal.

Luciano is not only a great corporate genius. He is likewise a man with a soft heart for his community. He used to be an international president of Jaycees. Today, he attends to some socio-civic works and provides inspiration to many.

Each time I see him, he never fails to flash a genuine smile and say sincere words of greetings. Sir Chichos to many is simply a wonderful person. I wish he would stay for a lifetime in CIAC. The people of Pampanga and Central Luzon deserve a man of integrity and genius to run the affairs of CIAC and DMIA.
